I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified. "Checking in was not self explanatory, it’s not just a hotel it’s also a call center for other businesses so the check in is on the 4th floor getting there took some guidance and direction from security staff. Security is good. Room was clean and presentable, entrance door uses a physical key to unlock and lock door. "Check in was easy, we had a last minute change day of to change our room from what we had reserved, that was relatively easy. The room was run down, not very clean a/c made a clunking noise all night we were too tired to complain that night but in the morning requested a different room, better cleaner room but still felt like a cheap hotel.
