「The room was clean and the staff was very nice.」

「I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night.」

「Loved our stay, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was central to Shasta/Burney and gave the feel of old world charm. The only reason to give 4 star was that it would be great if there were light filtering drapes, the blind was letting too much light in making it hard to sleep after 6am, that's how I like 'dark' but rest of the stay was lovely.」

「Our first night at the hotel was a little rough because the vent in the bathroom kept going off and sounded like someone was drilling into the wall during the night. Thankfully, after speaking with management the next day, they were very responsive and sent someone out immediately to fix the issue. After that, everything was smooth sailing.
