"Great guest house! The room was quiet with a spacious private bathroom. Towels and sheets were clean, shampoo and conditioner were included, and it was a nice quiet area. Room was overall great and have no complaints there! Dinner was also delicious! Got the burger and it tasted just like back home. Fries were also seasoned nicely! Staff was kind and friendly and treated us nicely! Also since the place is pretty remote I was very luckily able to see the northern lights! Had to drive about 400 meters off the road because of lights in the area but I could see them from outside my bedroom window! Definite highlight of my trip. Only possible complaints could be that there were a lot of flies and gnats in the morning but I only dealt with them during check-out and that it's a 20KM drive on gravel road to get to the place but those weren't that bad. I would definitely go back again if given the chance!"

"The apartment is modern, comfortable, and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped, which made our stay especially convenient. It is also within a short walking distance of the iconic church and the main downtown street. One thing to note is that the washing machine and dryer are shared with other guests on the same floor. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay here."

"Great place to stay in Akureyri. Room and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Very close to downtown attractions. Hotel has a big parking lot just steps away. Hotel breakfast was excellent but very crowded. I will definitely stay here again on my next visits to this beautiful town."

"Breakfast was tasty and the beds were comfy. The facilities are worn with tears in carpet. That being said, the beds were comfy and location is great. We were able to park on the street right in front of hotel (free parking 4:00pm-10:00am)."

"Great stay! Very comfortable room. Clean. Quiet. Hot shower with good water pressure. Adequate parking. Fabulous bar and restaurant. Food was a bit expensive but was delicious. Room was warm but eventually cooled during the night."
