The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I left my prescription sunglasses behind and the front desk team did everything to ensure they would be shipped to my home. They stayed in contact with me as we worked through different shipping venues and payment. I am so grateful and highly recommend this hotel and the excellent service they provide. "Room was spacious and comfortable. A bit too warm in the room and there is only a tiny window that is openable. The breakfast was very good with many options. Two things that were annoying: Hallways have wooden floors so it is a bit noisy when someone walks by the room. There is a tv but only two channels with very poor reception (rabbit ears on roof??). Otherwise all good, especially for the price."
"Nice big bed and room, nice property, breakfast was great as well! The restaurant was a bit expensive but that is standard in Iceland. Only downside of the room was minimal ventilation, so you have to open the windows during a shower or the whole room gets humid"
