「The gentleman in reception was very kind in all communications. Especially for our wellbeing, driving over late, into some terrible weather. The service even impressed my 12yr old daughter! “He’s so nice, mum.” The location was central to everything you can do in halls gap. 」

「Our room was so much better than expected. We have stayed in many motels to be able to compare. It seemed to be newly renovated with a large bathroom and shower. Very tastefully done with great colours. The bed was comfortable with electric blankets keeping us warm from very cold nights. The main room was big with a lovely bay window. Over the road is a shopping centre with all your needs. Just a short walk around the corner and we were in the Main Street of Ararat. Staff were very friendly...
