「The room was clean enough, though due to the age of the place it needed some extra care. For a family room, cooking facilities are very minimal. Just a very old microwave and only one communal BBQ, as the other was rusted and out of order. In short, this accomodation looked like they have kept all the original stuff since its opening -same mattress, same bedding (thought seemed clean), same toilet brush and a used sponge for the dishes. My little poodle had a great time. Rooms are neat, clean, well presented and comfortable. A great stop over on a long trip or a great base to explore the local area.」

Staff just don't seem to care about customer service or maintaining any kind of standard you would expect in a $200+ per night room in Victoria, Australia.」
