「The bathroom door was hanging off its hinges. You had to lift it up if you wanted to close the door. Bathroom door and walls were very dirty. There was a blanket on one bed but not the other. Bed was very old and sagged heavily in the middle. Gross. Don’t stay here. No coffee machine. I had to ask for extra towels so the three people in my party could shower. This seemed to confuse the attendant.」

「I've stayed here before and been very pleased. It would have gotten 5 stars for sure but for the fact that the desk had the sticky residue of spilled coffee on it. Missing something like that made me suspect about everything in the room. The rest of the room did seem great and is VERY well appointed with refrigerator, decent kitchen facilities, comfortable beds etc. BUT, niggling in my head was doubts about the chambermaid service and was it really clean.
