"When I checked in to my room for a three day stay, there was still food in the fridge from previous guests, I assume. The housekeeper didn’t clean my room on the second day, when I phoned the front desk to ask why, they asked if I had the “do not disturb” sign on the door, my response was no, I don’t have one of those signs for the door. I was in town for business, and the room did not have a desk for me to work from. Apparently this is common in a pet friendly room. Please do better prestige, perhaps live up the name of your hotel. "

Upon check in Harpreet saw that I had animals and offered water, helped me find parking for my truck and trailer, as well as offered to keep a watchful eye on it overnight on the security cameras. "The updates to the rooms were modern and restful, although they were not that clean. The sheets on our bed had yellow stains that were not from us, the staff did nothing to change them. The food at breakfast was very good, although the waffle maker was not happy and the mix didn't make complete waffles."
