「Very difficult getting luggage up awkward stairs for our room. Pay to book ground level. We were unlucky as had a view of a roof, carports and then a stormwater drain out the back. Other rooms looking over the pool looked awesome😳」

「As first time travellers to Palm Cove we had high expectations but disappointed at the Aging of the Peppers Resort. Overall the resort is good but needs work and upgrades. Staff were very helpful and friendly. If you have difficulties with climbing stairs then choose a room with a lift or other.」

「We had trouble finding the property in the dark. Once we were oriented, we enjoyed the location and proximity to the esplanade. In the unit, the washer/dryer combo did not work well, the shower left much of the bathroom floor wet and we could have used additional towels. We never heard from or met the hosts during our stay.」

「Location was very convenient with plenty of dining options within a few minutes walk. Easy access to the beach. The under cover parking was a bit tight, but easy enough with a mid-sized SUV. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and clean. The kitchen was suitable and reasonably well equipped, however most of the mugs had chipped edges. 「房間內整體是滿不錯的,但是室內沒有堪用的小桌子 可惜浴室太小,沒有置物架,蓮蓬頭無法調整,沒浴缸,燈是壞掉的.... 浴室是非常大的敗筆, 另外陽台的吊椅在晚上的時候,實在非常的棒!!!!」

「everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) 」

「Great size apartment and fab balcony overlooking beach and promenade. Perfect location in the middle of oromonade Helpful staff. Enjoyed all facilities everything kept very clean and gardens manicured. Pool and surrounds a bit sad but clean so was fine. 」

「Outstanding lodge in a nature reserve with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. The chalet accommodation was spotless, comfortable and very well equipped, and the location in the nature reserve was great. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only stayed one night, but wish we had stayed at least one more. Having said that, it was not cheap, but good value for what was on offer.」

「It is a very old resort undergoing renovation but the room I had was offensive. Trouble getting ac started, tv control was not fully functional, no hot water in the shower, trade materials lying around everywhere, no community facilities were operational. Danger do not go there」
