「The room was very clean and the air conditioner super cold which was great .The front desk guy was personable and nice and had good restaurant recommendations. The cleaning lady was super sweet . Our only critique was the mattresses were super firm/hard.」

The staff was very helpful before and during my stay, and the location was convenient to all of the attractions we visited in Eureka Springs. A couple of things I wish the room had were a microwave, a place to put soap in the shower, and a bar in the shower to hang towels...all minor things though...thanks for a great stay!」

「Clean motel, great breakfast. Price is right and we were allowed to bring our little dog and everyone was so attentive to her. My only complaint was we couldn't get get the usual network channels on our TV. We called and the desk clerk came to our room but he didn't know how to get anything but TuBi. He said the facility had recently changed to cable」

「The Star on Spring was one of the prettiest places I have ever stayed! It smelled amazing. Every detail had been thought of, even the towels and hairdryers were top of the line! They made our anniversary trip so special. The area around the hotel is such a cute, up and coming place area. Lots to do within a few blocks. We will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone we know! Thanks for a great weekend!」
