「It was cheap and quiet which is all I was looking for. They have long term residents living there that seem sketchy but they didn't bother us. You get what you pay for.」

「Wasn’t a bad place, pool was a little dirty, stains on the linens, fridge went out during our stay and ruined our stuff. Bed was comfortable easy access while we explored the area. Staff was great.」

「Rooms are always clean and property is always kept up nicely. This is my go to place to stay everytime I make the trip to Beaver Lake to fish. Parking lot is well lit, secure and covered in cameras. There is also designated boat parking with plug ins. Have probably stayed here 15 nights in 2026.」

「It’s old and outdated. It smells horrible. They don’t provide shower gel or lotion, only a tiny packet of shampoo and 1 tiny bar of soap for the sink. The beds are like sleeping on a cardboard box. The office and dining area is not clean and they have multi-use gallon sized containers of milk and fake orange juice. The office attendant doesn’t speak clear English.
