"We absolutely loved our stay at Nava star , can't fault it at all the seaview was breathtaking, staff was amazing (Angelo I think his name was) all staff were very friendly and helpful I would definitely stay again it was perfect"

"Everything The Spa in my opinion was very dangerous under foot when wet, I slipped and fell , fortunately I did not need treatment. I was told to use the slippers is had been provided with but they were worse. In my opinion as I said above it is a disaster in the waiting for some poor sole"

"The hotel was very comfortable. Service was some on the best in Albania. So accommodating. Beds comfortable and everywhere was clean. Only thing they need to sort out is letting the Air con drop below 20 and the door to have soft close hinges. The banging of the doors closing makes you jump out of your sleep. I would have given 5 stars for every single thing if it wasn’t for the doors banging."

"Breakfast was top notch and the staff were really helpful and friendly, though I struggled with charging my phone due to the nature of the switch being used in the country. I suggest that every hotel should have some spare universal adapter incase of people coming from different countries. The room was really clean and comfortable"

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, so comfortable. The pool and restaurant is also beautiful and breakfast was incredible. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, so impressed and we will definitely be coming back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we loved it, it was heaven"
