"The rooms were HUGE, and staff excellent. Be aware, this old building does not have an elevator. My family friend, 79 years old, had a difficult time with the stairs. It was my fault not catching this, but other than that, The Irish Clock is a gem. I don't drink alcohol when in TH, but my friend does, so the bar downstairs was great. "The room layout could have been so much better if the bed was facing the other way. Very awkward to get out of bed if you are nearest to the window. Also we thought we could use the pool. Did not make it clear on their booking that you had to be staying in the villas to use the pool. We were in the hotel side. Could not buy alcohol at the restaurant so wine not available with meal. Good location though & amazing sunrise view."
