「The staff went above and beyond when I mentioned in my booking notes we were traveling and it was our son's birthday. I asked for something small like a cookie to make him feel special, they delivered way more and really knocked it out of the park with my request. Pool was nice, breakfast staff was very sweet and helpful, overall great stay. My son said he wants to come back every birthday.」

「1st night was Friday, 7/31/26......took over an hour to get into our room. Desk could not get logged in and once we got our room at 3:45pm, the room had not been cleaned yet and had to wait another 30 minutes. Room was not clean when we finally got in. Our next visit was Thursday, 8/6/26. Everything was ok but the breakfast food that was supposed to be hot was cold. Very disappointed with both experiences. Would not recommend.」

「The room was clean. There was a coffee pot in the room. It was quiet in the hallways. The bathroom was ready to get in and out of. I have limited mobility.」
