"The hotel front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I would especially like to thank Alan for assisting me in resolving the cancellation issues due to my sister’s ankle fractures. He was very responsive to Expedia’s requests and helped ensure that I received the refund in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service.
