「I paid so much money for my bath tub not to work and never get fixed. Then my shower was barely working. When I told the front desk they didn’t help me at all. They didn’t offer to move me. They sent someone and they said they’ll come the next day and never did.」

There are no shops in the nearby area, which can be a big problem for guests without a car. Also, the air conditioning was leaking water and unfortunately, it wasn't fixed during our entire week-long stay.」

「For the self-parking that says on description, that's not true. You will need to pay for their valet parking, they have a underground parking garage. The glasses in the room are extreme DIRTY, looks like they haven't cleaned it for 10 years! Other than these, the hotel is ok. Very good view!」
