「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「Excellent value stay, much better than one of the bigger chains at this price point. The rooms were spacious and clean, our only frustrations were the car park flood lights which shone into the bedroom through the night, and then the early morning food delivery that was unloaded just outside the bedrooms. But I think we were just unlucky on both. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast included in our rate was first class. Will definitely stay again 」

「A warm welcome and clear communication. Very helpful friendly family run hotel. The hotel looks like it is slowly beind developed, so a bit dated in areas but clean, comfortable with easy parking. I had their chicken curry for dinner, really tasty. A great stay, I will definitely use again and llok forward to watch the transformation. 」
