「Had a great stay here I stayed here for a total of three nights for a vacation to do some beach driving on the national seashore, which is just a short drive from here about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff upon arrival were super friendly and we’re very helpful and there’s even a board on the wall in the room that gives you local safety information and restaurants that are nearby i’ll definitely stay here again.」

「Our experience here was great. The hotel was quiet and perfectly located. Clean and efficient. You can't go wrong with a private beach steps away from your room. This is a low frills place, which means it's simple and sweet, a refreshing break from the usual upiddy crowd of cape cod. A true gem. We will be going back, hopefully sooner than later!」
"AVOID THIS HOTEL
One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this.
When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
