We were there to see the fall foliage and it was beautiful everywhere we looked.
Check in location was hard to find. We mistakenly went to Jay Hotel instead and were greeted by Gretchen at the front desk. She realized that we had reservation for Jay Peak Resort and not the hotel Jay but helped us anyway. Their systems were connected somehow. Super nice and helpful. Our reservation. Was for a condo like two bedroom unit. Very nice and comfortable. Not much restaurant near by so we ate at the pizza place and the bar and grill at hotel Jay. Took the gondola to the top and the view was incredible. Also drove to Stowe (an hour away) to visit this cute historical town. Lots of restaurants and shop at Stowe (worth the drive). Overall we had a great visit and recommend Jay Peak Resort or Hotel Jay for fall foliage trip. We drove north to Montreal and Quebec then back to Maine and then Boston to return our car rental and fly home.
Stayed at the Stateside lodge. Best part about it was all the hangers in the unit to hang our wet clothing from the unfortunate spring rain conditions. Room was nice, beds comfy and staff friendly. We had a great time at Jay and look forward to returning.
Very nice clean resort. The staff were all very nice and well trained at their jobs. The only thing I would change is kicking it up a notch with the dinning.

Location was great! The cottage was great for our family of five….
It definitely could of been cleaner (top of fridge was FILTHY, floors dirty, cabinets had a greasy film all over it, ceiling fans were dusty and we kept sneezing, hair left in the shower)
I have to say, I felt comfortable to sleep there and like I said, overall, would stay again if they deep cleaned the cottage
The parking was dirty but this had to be expected as it is in the mountains. The shuttle drivers were all very friendly and funny!! The family really loved it!!
Hotel Jay at Jay Peak is very nice and the room we had was spacious, well equipped, and comfortable. We requested a cot because our son and daughter wanted their own beds (the room had a queen and a full-size Murphy bed) but the request was denied because of occupancy rules according to the front desk. We weren’t adding more guests to the room so this was off-putting, but the staff was very helpful other than that. The water park was a blast although they did run out of tubes which I heard a few guests complaining about. There were a lot of amenities and/or places to eat that were either closed completely or closed at 6pm, which was way too early for us. The coffee shop being closed every day was a little crazy, but I’m guessing they have less staff in the Summer. Overall I’d say it’s probably a great place during ski season, but not worth a 5 hour drive in the Summer.

Clean Rooms, friendly and helpful staff. So much to do; ski, waterpark, ice skate, movie theater, rock climbing. The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of four.

We stayed in one of the cottages, not in the main hotel. The cottage was clean, warm, very well provisioned (even filters for the coffee machine!). We had a great time and will definitely return for a future holiday.
