「Best hotel we have ever stayed in , in terms of costumer service, cleanliness and room size. We ran into an issue with the receptionist charging my card when I already had a reservation through Expedia. It was at night and I was too tired I forgot to let her know and she didn’t not ask either. Next morning I realized about the double charge.
