"It was fine except we stayed 3 nights with no room service, had to ask for towels, washcloths and toilet paper. The evening desk girl said it’s a good thing I have some in my closet. Our trash was overflowing in our room but I didn’t feel guilty about it since we had no room service for 3 days."

"The breakfast was a wonderful hot buffet and delicious. There were options for any dietary needs both hot and cold, for us that was Alpha Gal. The pools and splash pad were wonderful. My kiddos had a great time, and the pool is deep enough to really get to swim. The scenery was excellent. The gift shop was wonderful. We loved the Starbucks at the poolside too! The staff was very accommodating for our medically necessary service dog (a rarity to have staff so knowledgeable and unproblematic when you travel, I have found). The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean, quiet and very nicely decorated. You can tell the staff cares very much about this resort. I wish we could've stayed another week! We were in town for a funeral, and this hotel was just what we needed to offset the hard days. We found this hotel to be very ASD sensory friendly, I know that varies a lot per child, but the lack of obnoxious music and bright lights in favor of natural lights, beautiful trees and a calm environment (plus a gated fenced in property, and pools with child gates) all helped our stay feel very very safe and secure. For those that have kids that elope you know what I mean!! I love that we found this gem. And it's close to everything you want or need. If we ever come back to Springfield this is the only place we will stay. 10/10."
