"I wish the TV’s were equipped to allow you to connect to your own accounts. When it rained, we struggled to find things for the kids to watch. The elevator situation was not great. There are only 2 elevators and they are not programmed efficiently. We found ourselves waiting a good deal for elevators. But the pools, and other amenities were awesome. We will definitely visit again."

"Here’s a polished review you can post on Expedia: Our stay was okay, but overall it didn’t meet our expectations for the price. I understand we booked last minute during the Fourth of July holiday, so rates were higher than usual, but the room still felt overpriced for what we received. One concern was that we found a bug in the bed. I’m not sure if it was a bed bug since I’ve never seen one before, but it was unsettling. To the hotel’s credit, we reported it to the front desk, and they handled the situation professionally by offering us 50% off our two-night stay, which we appreciated. The photos online were a bit deceiving and made the property appear nicer than it actually was. That said, the location was definitely the best part of our stay. While we weren’t oceanfront, we were right on the beach and within walking distance of everything we needed, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, the location was excellent, but the condition of the room and the value for the price left us disappointed."

"I have a big family my children are still small. I was searching for a place to stay and of all the choices, I kept coming back to Best Western. I did not regret my choice, the free breakfast was good. the staff was very pleasant. The room was very spacious and the beach view was amazing."
