I booked two King Suites for my family. In one of them, my mom got into bed and felt something rough beneath the sheets. When she pulled them back, she found dried baby-making fluid. Absolutely revolting! She called the front desk and they apologized and said they would send new sheets but that there was no housekeeping available to change them so she had to do it herself.
In my room the shower faucet handle was dirty. There was grime around the edges and black spots inside the knob itself. The shower curtain was unclean, with stains and discoloration along the bottom that looked like mildew. There was also a sign saying rooms are only cleaned upon request and every three days for longer stays. It shows!
Once I complained, the manager told me to contact Expedia. I did and Expedia reached out to the hotel. The hotel only offered 50 percent off one night. At the very least, that night should have been fully comped.
Also, if you're used to hotels where you can charge your phone on the nightstand, forget it. The only outlets are across the room unless you unplug a lamp.
Do yourself a favor and search “dirty” in the reviews. I wish I had. The word “Quality” in the name is misleading. I will never stay here again.
