Would say that the room and beach area could be a little cleaner - old bottle tops were on the ground around the plants in our outside bathroom, and old cups and cigarette trays were still under the bushes around our nearest sunbathing area from previous guests. There were a couple common drinks not available to order and I thought the swimming at the over water villas should be open the same time as the pool. The transport there and back was a bit pricey. Everyone was friendly and the excursion we did was great. We also enjoyed the music at the dance parties. "

"Since our arrival, we have encountered several significant discrepancies between our booking and the actual experience provided. First, although we booked an all-inclusive package, we were informed upon arrival that we are required to pay for any food items or drinks left unfinished from the menu. This contradicts the standard understanding of an all-inclusive agreement. Furthermore, we were moved to an Ocean View Villa rather than the Sunset Beach Villa we specifically reserved. Most concerning is the safety and transparency of the resort. On arrival, we were asked to sign a liability waiver stating that the resort would not be responsible for our safety. This is particularly alarming given the high presence of bats throughout the island. Given these misleading terms and the request to waive basic safety responsibilities, I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience"
