「This was our second time staying at joy island and we will continue to come annually. Staff and service is always extremely welcoming and helpful. This time round the buggy service was a bit slow which was a little disappointing but it was quite busy. Our server Alisha at palm beach was amazing. 」

We travelled with a 7 month old baby, and the staff (literally every single member) were incredible accommodating and just went out of their way to make our stay feel like a home! 「This is a local island in which there are many different hotels there. This hotel I have chosen is perfect for me! I live on the very top room and I can see the moonlight and the sea-view every night and day. The Staff are extremely helpful for all my requests (such as arranging excursions like snorkelling trip visiting nurse shark and sunset fishing trips) and they always serve with a smiley faces. 「I stayed here for 2 nights and needed an early check-in and late check-out. The hotel was able to accomodate quite easily with minimal cost. The room was all good and generally quite although as a suggestion I would remommend getting some rubber buffers on the door to prevent door banging as that was very disturbing or some soundproofing.
