「I arrived late the staff was friendly and prompt when checking in made check in easy,room was clean ,breakfast was fabulous would stay again」

「There really wasn't much to like about this hotel. It is quite literally a Motel. Which can be cool. However, the room was very dirty bugs new and old all over the room, dust webs, dirty floor, and bathroom. The door and locks were not easy to work and needed replaced. There is also limited parking. In totality the Palms is in a place where they can charge $200 for a room that should be $75 due to the area and season. The owners must know this because the rooms reflect it. Will not go back!」

「Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.」

「the room is not clean, A/C is noisy, it's bright during the night, no curtain to cover the side window, no WiFi coverage in the room. not satisfied with the stay 」

「We stayed in a cottage and it was a great experience The staff was helpful and knowledgeable Food was good Beautiful sunsets on Lake Erie Plenty to do trails, bikes, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fire pits and wineries galore, the list goes on and on We would highly recommend the area should stay a minimum of 4 nights We stayed for 5 and never ran out of different experiences」
