"The rooms are very clean, the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. I would be welling to go back again in the future and...

"The place is beautiful and the customer service is fine. There's just a small dead cockroach in one room and another at the rest room. It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It is accessible to a lot of restaurants and other places to visit."

"Kudos to all Staff especially security , bellboys, concierge , housekeeping very polite, helpful , and speedy ! This is our second home everyone we come to Urdaneta! Airconditioning super! Recommend this hotel to all seeking clean and accessible hotel . There's also a modern Chinese restaurant with good food that's located downstairs . It's walking distance to massage and to markets."

"Easy check in. Property is clean, safe and secured ( guests are provided keys to enter the building and use the elevator to the unit). I was just hoping they provide at least 1 toilet roll/tissue for an overnight stay. The towels smell nice, but very thin and looks old. No hair dryer and iron provided, make sure to bring one if needed."

"Customer service was outstanding! We mentioned that our first room had an unpleasant smell, and the staff addressed the issue immediately. They even upgraded us to one of the nicest suites we’ve ever stayed in, which made our experience even more special. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast featured delicious, traditional Filipino dishes. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!"
