"You get what you pay for… outdated room, uncomfortable mattress, shower floor was peeling/falling apart. No customer service. Served it purpose but nothing special. "

With it being mandated by the government to stay off the roads, it’s an extenuating circumstance out of my control. I called, left chat messages, and stayed online waiting for someone to respond for over an hour. Needless to say, not a fan of how it was handled, neither by the hotel or the 3rd party Expedia. "
