「Comfortable 」

「The staff were very nice. The room was relatively clean,not perfect but passable. The shower had plenty of beautiful hot water. Got given toiletaries and simple worn towel which was adequete. Cosmetically the place was a bit untidy but if you need a place to sleep it is very adequete. Im Australian and although the area looked a little sketchy I felt very safe. There is a bus stop 1 minutes walk away and supermarket etc very close. 」

「The room was ok it have the necessary to have a good sleep and prepare some food in the room. But I wasn’t feeling secure to go outside the room during night time. The administration should have more security to avoid homeless people walking around. 」
