"The hotel smelt very bad the room needed carpet cleaning and the staff too slow at reception I arrived at 3.30pm and expected my room to be ready but I had to wait a hr for the room to be cleaned I had travelled 9 hours to new dehli to wait on another occasion my key stopped working and had to wait until someone came with new key "

"Clean rooms, excellent staff, good WiFi, excellent food with too many options, walking distance to shopping mall. Had very early morning flight, so the staff served full breakfast to room. Very well done. Excellent stay. Every staff we connected were excellent but Chef Puran and Ritik were excellent. Aman at reception was very helpful as well. "

"A lovely hotel with excellent facilities, food and staff. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. We also enjoyed the spa after exploring the city and would definitely recommend for a little time out from the busy streets outside. We stayed in a Horizon room on the 19th floor and the extra for the lounge was well worth it. "
