"The room was not up to the mark. Toilet flush was not working properly. Wash basin taps were not proper, but was not working properly. Drains Were not working properly. It was not a five star hotel experience Though breakfast was good"

"When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here. "
