"Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking."

"Amazing property. I went with my family to spend some quality relaxing time and I was not at all disappointed. Locations is great, service is fantastic, staff is great and manager Manjit is spot on. "Booked this hotel through Expedia and overall had a good stay at Taj Palace. The staff throughout the hotel were very welcoming and polite. The property is clean, well maintained and updated as expected from a Taj hotel. The only disappointing experience was during breakfast at Capital Kitchen. The food was fine, but the service was not well organized. I ordered an omelette which never arrived even after asking twice. Same with the cappuccino, I had to remind them again. This was not expected from a hotel of Taj standard. Other than that, the stay was comfortable and pleasant."
