The staff at this hotel, including Stephanie at the front desk, could not have been nicer and more competent. They were incredibly helpful to my family. The hotel is also well situated to downtown and Yale university. We would stay here again.

The owner is great and made great accommodations for our stay, the price was wonderful. The neighborhood maybe wasent the nicest but thats kinda out of his control.

I can’t say anything because I went when we were in quarantine I would have to go back when everything is back to normal to see exactly how the city is.

The staff was not helpful at all. Their knowledge of the items in the hotel was very minimal. Their tv selection was awful. No flics. Also she took a 25$ deposit and didnt goving
