We had a great time! Perfect location for exploring Yosemite. Kitchen could use some updated utensils (serving spoons/spatulas) and a larger pot for making pasta. And more throw blankets would be nice. But the fireplace was wonderful and beds were super cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful area!
North Fork itself was pretty small, nothing too exciting. But we were relatively close to the S. Entrance to Yosemite National Park, Bass Lake, Oakhurst, which is the larger town, and Mariposa, a fun and cute revitalized mining town.
There's a laid back Saloon called The Buckhorn
