「The hotel location is very good nearby the riverside. but the cleanliness and sanitary condition wasn't acceptable. There are too many ants in the living room,bed room as well as in the kitchen. Then I informed the landlord and he brought the Insecticide to kill most of these ants, he apologized and explained due to the weather caused so many ants moving in the house, my boy was very scared and he felt very disgusting of it. 「Everything expected and more for a short break in York. Wonderfully appointed location, few minutes walking and ypu are in the heart of historic York. Serenity Inn the City matched tge description and photographs posted, excellent communication from the owner. 」

「needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend.」
