「Room was extremely clean and staff was courteous and cooperative 」

「The front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. My toilet would not flush, so I had to change rooms---no apologies. Then, in the new room, the shower would not drain. There is a beautiful pool, but no chairs or deck so seems it is just to look at. I would not recommend this place.」

「We were denied the room at the check in , despite showing our confirmation number . Shifted to some third grade hotel our room was full of mosquitoes. The owner Virender was helpful , however the same cannot be said about the staff. Staff is from rural areas, need training on hospitality.」
