「We stayed for 5 nights and on our 3rd night the ceiling started dripping water in room 2631. Issue was brought to attention to staff and their solution was towels. Fixed the next day only for it to start dripping again until we left. The food is good. There is a lot of variety we just wish there was more Dominican typical foods offered. Entertainment and pool is great! Excursions offered were also great!! WiFi barely reached our room it was on and off. The nightclub could be fun but not many...

「My experience wasn’t the best. The staff, from the lobby to the buffet and especially the coffee shop, often seemed like they didn’t want to be bothered. The elevator wasn’t working, there was no hot water, and the food was disappointing. On the positive side, the beach was beautiful and clean, which was definitely a highlight. To be fair, this was just my experience—others may feel differently. The only people who seemed genuinely happy were the entertainment crew… and the timeshare reps...

「The lobby literally smelled of feces. No restaurants had availability. Not a single staff member smiled or was pleasant. The bathrooms were unclean with trash cans overflowing with toilet paper covered in feces, urine or blood. The buffet upset my stomach. Uncomfortable, unclean, chaotic, & rude. I left early & booked another location.」
