「櫃檯服務人員很和善且迅速」

「房间不小，空调是美国酒店常见的老式坐式设备，噪音大。另外空调上还有若干虫子尸体，健身房设备维护不是太好，也没水没毛巾。液晶电视是新升级的。」

「Conditioner dispenser was broke.staff did not have access to conditioner..had to go find a store at 11pm...hair dryer started smoking when we turned it on, a replacement was never given nor were we given any update on if they could get us one..day staff was great..night staff was terrible」
