「Customer service was good however the room needs ALOT OF ATTENTION the tiles in the room are literally coming up and when you walk on them you almost fall and trip over them. Felt dirty water pressure was very weak. We have been there once before and room was ok but this time just felt dirty the elevator literally took 10 minutes to come down. Coffee was so weak. Breakfast was great.」

「Not a bad hotel for the price. I would've given it five stars, but I had requested a late checkout in the evening, but that wasn't communicated to the day staff so I had three people banging on my door at 11 AM. Other than that, it was quite pleasant.」
