「Staff, breakfast, cleanliness are all great. I’ve stayed multiple times in several different rooms. My only complaint are the mattresses are not comfortable. I have back issues and need a firm mattress and every bed I’ve slept on seems like they are old and broken down.」

「Ac did not work--would run for 2 min then shut off. Dirty washcloth in shower. The sink did not drain. Gal at front was informed. We left at 0400 as it was so hot in the room.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」
