「It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」

「We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? We also only had 1 roll of toilet paper (whatever was in the dispenser), when we called the front desk to get more, we...

「We only had one bath towel in our room asked the front desk for more they didn’t have any said they would have them by our door the next morning and nothing!! Asked for 12:00 check out they said no problem and then on the morning when we called to confirm they said nope need to be out by 11!! Super noisy property all night and morning!! Would not recommend and they did nothing to compensate us!!」

「Modern and comfortable hotel with easy access to the airport. Clean room, comfortable bed, and quiet to allow a good night’s sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful.」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「Perfect pet friendly place to stay. Very clean, well-maintained, and easy access for taking the dog out. However the ventilation seemed inadequate and the room was stuffy and humid, with a hint of wet-dog smell, and with windows that don’t open there was no way to alleviate it.」

「The staff was totally amazing! I came to breakfast with our 2 boys and Dale ran over and helped get one in a high chair and a sweet woman came over and asked if she could turn the tv on cartoons for them. The service and care was crazy good.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」
