Our shower did not work at all. Had neither water pressure or hot water. Was forced to go down the street and join a gym at 1am to use their shower just to wash shampoo out of hair. Management refused to reimburse me or change rooms then became hostile. We left half way through stay because of the conditions and Management. We moved to the hotel right next door and they had excellent water pressure so his claim of issue with water in the area was false.

All was fine the only problem was that there was food left in the microwave and when brought to attention of the front desk the woman was a bit snooty and short tempered. Also the room was freezing the fan was not set on auto. Otherwise everything else was fine

This was my first time staying here and I must say this was one of the best places that I have ever stayed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, everywhere you looked it was clean and the breakfast buffet was great! I will definitely make this my place to stay every time I need to come this way.

I wish I could share photos. The hotel reeks of sick building syndrome. The first room they put me in smells of cigarettes and smoke. Disgusting. The 2nd room they put me in the bathroom had a leak and there was black mold all around the unpainted walls surrounding the bathtub and shower.there were no lights in the bedroom lamps and it smelled bad. The third room was a little better at least I could take a shower in it. The smell was not as bad. I’ll be asking for a refund for this stay. This was highly unexceptable

Outside of hotel looks very nice. The inside looks nice. The rooms are old and need to be renovated. There were some stains in the carpet and some items were very dusty in room. It was noisy in the mornings and someone was drilling or doing something in the room next to us that sounded like construction. Breakfast was average. Bacon was very good and fresh bread.

When I stayed in 20/20 I enjoyed my stay but I doubt that I would stay here again. 1st room I was assigned the carpet in hallway leading to the room had lots of stains and the end of hall roped off with yellow wet sign, which remained my entire stay. Walked in the room and cigarette smell hit me soon as I opened the door and blacks marks all over the carpets 2nd room was better. It looked better and cleaner, definitely smelled better but still had a large black mark on carpet. They claimed they ran out of the do not disturb or enter hangers / magnets. I Asked several days no magnet I had to leave a piece of paper in the door. When I went downstairs 1st night to ask for magnet no one was at the desk. They were all out of complimentary toothbrushes and had none in the small hotel store that I could purchase. The tv in the living room did not work. 2nd night called down 2xs about tv no answer. Went downstairs no one at the desk

Staff was very friendly but we cut our stay to only one night and went to another hotel. Rooms are dark and dingy. Beds and pull out was awful. Said Queen beds but lucky if it was double. Washroom was gross. A/C wouldn’t stop running even if you turned it off and was unbelievably loud. Not worth the money and in desperate need of a renovation.

The lobby and dining area was elegant and the breakfast options were better than that in other hotels. The lady serving breakfast was exceptionally friendly and helpful to my son who wanted to make a waffle. My son also enjoyed the indoor pool. The bedroom suite was also nice, although the mattress could have been a bit firmer. I would stay again.

Very clean & comfortable! Courteous & friendly staff, great continental breakfast. I was surprised to see full size fridge, dish washer, stove, microwave, plates & utensils. Loved my stay!!

Great stay
Front desk staff very friendly, accommodating, and informative. The free breakfast and evening fare were great and a bonus. If allergic to pets make sure you let them know as they are allowed.

Pleasant 2 night stay. Request any extra pillows or blankets before 4:30pm, before housekeeping finish their day. Hotel right off rt1, lots of noise from traffic. Request room on the other side of the route. Restaurants, target, coffee shops around the area. Breakfast, basic: scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns. Cereals, some fruit, and pastries. Decent. Coffee in lobby at all times. No bar, no restaurant in hotel. Has a pool, didn’t use it. Front desk: upon arrival, very rude male receptionist. Right away a woman, who seemed to be the manager, fixed the inconvenience, I was charge the wrong night rate. She was pleasant and friendly. Night receptionist, very friendly and attentive. Pet friendly hotel, 15 dollars per Night pet fee, its ok. Room, small but functional, we were 3 people. Small kitchen fully stuffed, fridge, microwave. Hotel very clean, smells fresh Room very clean, bathroom light too dimmed. Bed on the hard side, but comfortable. Will stay here again. Thank you.

My daughter and I specifically looked for a hotel with a whirlpool for our mid-way stop on a drive to visit with family and found Staybridge. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived that the hotel was so clean, the staff were amazingly welcoming, and the whirlpool was just perfect. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling! We have stayed at many hotels this year on our travels and by far, Staybridge was one of the nicest - and for a good rate as well!

Great dog friendly hotel! All of the expected amenities & a very nice area for the dogs, plus a roomy suite and very good (better than many other places I've stayed!) breakfast service. Would recommend & stay again with my own family.

Room was not clean up for 3 days. Towels never replaced, I asked for fresh towels and never received. Had to go to front desk at night and ask again for fresh towels. Bed was never made when stay for 3 nights. Terrible experience. Never again in this place

Our suite faced the outdoor patio and other guests were loud from 9pm-past 1am. We let the front desk know, but they did nothing. We stayed two nights and had to listen to this partying both nights. We thought the pool and spa would be open, but it was not. My kids were disappointed. We paid extra to stay here because of these amenities, but were not told they wouldn’t be available. On a positive note, the hotel and our room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was great.
