"Clean hotel with self check in. If you book please be sure to check your Hotels.com inbox with entry instructions. Bathroom has headed floors and towel rack. Room is very simple but functional. Room had a fan that did its job, no A/C."

"Charming, secluded countryside property with a lakeside view. Note that “pet friendly” means pets can stay in rooms but not in lobby or restaurant. It rained when we visited so we were very grateful the breakfast team allowed us to dine in an alcove room far from other guests, with our dog. Lovely hot tubs and sauna must be booked for an hour and paid for separately. I would love to come back in better weather to really enjoy the lake and grounds."

"We had a lovely overnight stay. Small hotel with a personal touch.Very warm welcome when we arrived, and a good range of tea and coffee in the breakfast area available to help yourself anytime. Would definitely recommend."
