「Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und mein Aufenthalt war herrlich entspannt und ruhig. Ein guter Ort um innezuhalten und sich zu erholen. Der Weg zum Strand unkompliziert, Bars und Restaurants sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Die Anreise am späten Abend mit dem Bus war etwas mühevoll, sollte berücksichtigt werden! 」

「Peter und Sander, haben hier ein wirklich tolles Bed & Breakfast Plätzchen. Die Beiden heißen alle Gäste als Freunde willkommen. Wer wandern will, ist hier an der richtigen Stelle, genauso auch wer die Málaga Gegend Abseits des Trubels erleben will. Was man hier nicht bekommt, ist all inclusive Urlaub und den ganzen Tag am Pool, der kleine beschauliche Ort in den Bergen überrascht aber mit einer lebendigen Atmosphäre.」

Be prepared for the steep hillside of the area! It is possible to walk down to the beach and into town, but it is very very steep and not for elderly or anyone with physical limitations. 「Ein unglaubliches Erlebnis in einer malerischen Landschaft. Außergewöhnlicher Service, der völlig unbemerkt blieb. Eine Idylle und Ruhe die seines Gleichen sucht. Der unbefestigte Schotterweg war ein echtes Abenteuer und man sollte ein geeignetes Fahrzeug haben. Auch sollte man vorher einkaufen und alles mitnehmen, was man braucht, damit man in Ruhe abgeschieden von der Außenwelt den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen kann. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!」

「Tracey is an amazing host. We were thoroughly satisfied with the 3 nights at La Vieja Botica: - different daily quality breakfast, locally sourced (not forgetting Tracey's signature marmalede), fresh and tasty; by the olive's wood fireplace - modern and fully furnished room, extremely comfortable bed with an ever important door that opens out (able to continuously air the room is a huge plus) - spot on location for the el saltillo hike - just few steps away from the starting point」

「Prachtige locatie met heel mooi uitzicht over het dal. De eigenaren Jan Teun en Ria doen er alles aan om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken. Echt aan alles is gedacht. Overal gezellige zitjes in een prachtige rustige omgeving. Bovendien is er een heerlijk ontbijt, met liefde geserveerd door de eigenaren :-) Echt een aanrader!」

「Das liebevoll eingerichtete B&B lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Die Gastgeber tragen dazu bei, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Ein traumhafter Ort mit einem Pool, eingebettet in einen gepflegten Garten. Der wunderschöne Blick von der eigenen Terrasse ist am Tagesende ein Highlight. Die individuellen Ausflugtipps der Gastgeber runden den Aufenthalt ab. Ein perfekter Ort der Erholung!」

「The apartment was well kept, had all the useful amenities, including a nice European coffee maker with supplies. Carlos, the owner, was very helpful, pleasant. He loves to provide advice! We followed many of his recommendations, and had a really good time in Malaga. The property is also very conveniently located at a walking distance to main attraction site. I would highly recommend La Casa Azul. One thing we missed was the breakfast which apparently was not offered due to -- of course-- COVID...
