「We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned. We returned at noon and were told to come back at 2 p.m. At 2 p.m., we were told it would not be...

「Best location ever, very clean room, great welcome pack. For this concept of accommodation, I would prefer to have an oven, not only a microwave. But a large fridge with a freezer was a good point. As well as a Nespresso classic coffemaker and free parking on top. Very warm and dry (spent 4 days in February), clean and fresh room. 」
