Hôtel du Phare

"So the staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant is very nice as well. The rooms are not so nice. The bathroom door can't open all the way because of the bed. The shower door can't open all the way for the sink. The carpet is very dirty. Stairs are a bit narrow. The location is decent with several restaurants in easy walking distance. The ferry is a little far but walkable."

"Good location but I stayed at the “jardin” part of the hotel which was a bit confusing at first. When I checked in at the main location they sent me a long way around ( and I was carrying a 25 pound backpack). I only discovered by accident a shorter route. I probably walked an extra 500 meters."

"Staff friendly. Doz parking bays next to hotel, but a large car park 5mins walk away. Standard room is small, but clean, and more than adequate for our 1 night stay. Bed was comfy, and shower was very good."
Ferme de la Rançonnière

"This was truly a wonderful and special stay. The hotel and property was beautiful and peaceful and close enough to d-day and other WW2 sites, Bayeux and other towns for getting out and exploring. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant one night as well and it was flavorful and well cooked. We would definitely stay here again."
