「Very friendly person」

「We had a very pleasant stay. The welcome was warm, and all the staff, both at the reception and during breakfast, were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a nice bonus. The only downside was the walk to the city centre. There is no sidewalk for part of the route, so you have to walk on the road.」

「Clean room, friendly staff, and close to main area of the city. 10 mins walk from central train station. Everything was expected as described in Expedia. Wifi does need improvement. Signal was ok late night and day time when no one was using. However, it was extremely slow and occasionally no connection during morning and evening.」

「It was fantastic staff room breakfast ocean view. Front staff booked beach spot with chairs and umbrella. Ladies in breakfast area gave me apple cake recipe wrote out for me. I will make when I return home. Hotel in great area quick walk to everything. Felt safe no issues. Great town.」

「Una bella e pulita e nuova struttura con un posto molto comodo direttamente sulla strada e vicino al centro pizzo e pure a Vibo marino. I personale sono troppo gentili e i prezzi sono molto ragionevole. Lo coniglio a tutti i famiglie.」

「Wir waren für 2 Tage in der Residenza Gurnea, die Unterkunft ist sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Private Parkplatz ist überwacht und macht einen sicheren Eindruck. Concetta war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie gab uns reichlich Informationen über Tropea und die Umgebung sowie lokale Restaurants. Check-in und Check-Out haben problemlos geklappt.
