Our dinner and breakfast were served in a private room, and the room has provided the toys to kids so that we could enjoy the food. Staff are always helpful and friendly. 「Old Showa style minimalistic ryokan, but the room for 5 was spacepus (double room) and the tatami beds and beddings arw comfortable. Self-service to put the futon (which was no problem for us). Power plugs and Wifi were abundant. We were fine with steps but for eldery or disabled it may be a challenge. The hot spring bath was nice.
