「Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. 」

「風景漂亮，房間乾淨，旁邊就有餐廳很方便。」

「very unique hotel that takes you to another place」

「The property was beautiful and obviously old. Our original room was cold ( windows open) and the small wall heater was slow to heat. We upgraded and such a difference. Beautiful and spacious. Again a small wall heater was ineffective in heating the room, but we were provided a small space heater.」

「I don't know exactly but I would say I've stayed here 6-7 times. I'm local and go out there for a little staycation, all alone, because it's the nicest, cleanest hotel on the peninsula, IMO. I don't really gamble, I just like to go hide out in my room. I get food from The House of Seven Brothers or Napolis and bring it upstairs, always excellent. 「The hotel check in gal went above and beyond to help us when we checked in for the night. She offered to make us hot water in her personal teapot so we could enjoy a cup of tea. Very nice!!」

「Building itself and updated decor was very charming. The employees were helpful and gracious. Lodge rooms above the restaurant smell strongly of cooked steak etc all night long but was otherwise cozy and comfortable.」

「It was pretty okay-- the bed was comfortable and it was clean enough, with a mini fridge and microwave.」

「The refrigerator in the room is noisy and waked me up every hour in the morning.」

「bugs on bed」

「We got the hotel after midnight. The staff was very nice and helped us to check in quickly.」

「We love returning to the Valley View cottages. It is clean, comfortable, so relaxing too. The goats are so sweet too! The kitchen is perfectly outfitted with everything you need for preparing food- the bed was comfortable and it was so quiet. We will continue to come back! Perfect peaceful stay.」
