We were arriving very late but the hotel staff couldn't do enough to accommodate. They were simply brilliant. Every email sent was replied to very quickly. Our key was placed in a digital lock box and code provided. The bedroom was very spacious along with a wonderful spacious bathroom. The shower gave instant hot water. The variety and quality of the breakfast was absolutely on point. Doubt they could have made it any better. As the hotel is in the former GDR it has wonderful charm and appeal. This is a hotel well worth driving out of your way for. Fantastic!!

Hotel mit Flair.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten. Freundliches, aufmerksames Personal und hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Leider ist im Restaurant um 21 Uhr Küchenschluss. Dies sollte man bei späterer Anreise beachten. Leider ist die Umgebung nicht ganz so toll (Bahnhof, Industriegebiet auf der Rückseite des Hotels). Das ist aber einer der wenigen Kritikpunkte. Würde das Hotel trotzdem uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ich habe in einem Einzelzimmer übernachtet und bin vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ein wenig enttäuscht. Das Hotel macht auf den ersten Blick einen ansprechenden Eindruck. Der Check In war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmergröße an sich ist recht gut. Allerdings hatte ich das Gefühl, dass mein Zimmer seit langer Zeit nicht mehr gelüftet wurde oder der Teppich und die Polstermöbel seit einiger Zeit keine Pflege erfahren haben. Es roch sehr muffig. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und ein wenig plüschig (roter Teppich und rote, flauschige Polstermöbel) aber völlig in Ordnung. Das Bad ist etwas moderner und gut ausgestattet. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist hervorragend. Es gibt eine Dachterrasse mit einem schönen Blick über NDH. Der Bahnhof ist direkt gegenüber. Ein gutes Hotel, allerdings ein wenig überteuert. Daher die Abzüge.

Die Ausstattung bis ins Detail in Erinnerung an die 20. in Nordhausen gefällt mir sehr. Dass die Möbel dabei schwarz sind weniger. Etwas hellere Holzfarbe würde freundlicher wirken. Ansonsten aber super schön. Ich komme wieder beim nächsten Besuch in Nordhausen.

Badezimmer sehr klein, im Pablo Picasso Zimmer wo ich untergebracht war die linke hintere Wand nicht in Ordnung, Hotel sehr schlecht ausgeschildert, der Parkplatz bedingt durch die Umbauarbeiten unten im anderen Gebäude, eine Katastrophe, morgens um 6:00 Uhr wurde dieser Schotterparkplatz für andere Gruppen als Treffpunkt genutzt, dadurch sehr lauter Geräuschpegel, dieses Hotel ist in dieser Art zur Zeit nicht zu empfehlen!

Es ist ein ordentliches,neues,sauberes Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr freundlichen Personal. Nur leider fehlt bei der Ausstattung der Zimmer etwas die Fürstlichkeit so wie es eigentlich der Name und auch die Preise verheißen sollten. Da habe ich schon andere Hotels erlebt.
