"It is an excellent hotel, also very convenient: across the street from the international airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful,has an awesome breakfast buffet with various choices of food and various choices of coffee. Rooms are clean everything is updated and upscale. I love it!"

"Had a lovely time at Mercure Oradea Hotel! The aesthetic and room comfort are spot on, and the spa area is fantastic, the big windows letting in natural light create such a nice, relaxing vibe. You can tell the hotel is still fresh and working through some opening adjustments on the service side. We noticed a couple of minor things, like the spa missing staff at 7:30 AM for towels and turning on the sauna (despite a 7:00 AM opening time), and the restaurant overcooking a burger to well-done when we asked for medium. It’s totally understandable for a new spot as the personnel get properly trained and settled into the routine. Overall, it’s a wonderful property with tons of potential, and we really enjoyed our stay!"

"This place was amazing. The room had everything it needed, was spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. First time in 2 weeks on vacation that I got to properly wash and dry my hair and it didn’t look frizzy. I used their shampoo and conditioner and they even had a diffuser for the hairdryer in the bathroom. I did bring my own but because of the voltage difference my hairdryer doesn’t dry properly even with a plug converter. The location is perfect walking distance to everything. The property has no parking, but parking is available at about 3 min walk (very very expensive parking). There is an elevator, however you still need to bring up your luggage on 2 sets of stairs before you get to the elevator. So if you have mobility issues and can’t bring up your luggage the 2 sets of stairs then that would be an issue. The only downside is the wifi was bad. I had to use my phone plan (not a problem for me, but it was for my son…). It’s a smart hotel, so nobody at the reception, but there is cleaning daily."
