"Absolutely Wonderful ❤️ A magical experience with down to earth hosts that understand the true nature of what hospitality means, and presents exceptional experiences for guests. We really needed the break from a long trip to a pure relaxed state within driving up the driveway surrounded by nature. We enjoyed every moment from the hot tub experience to a wonderful hist Marco who takes you not only on a culinary journey but also a personal journey of how he became the first boutique hotel in Norway. An experience to remember and take away knowing you have been well looked after. The food journey was incredible with a personal touch of pure passion for what he does, giving a true experience. I loved the property. The only thing is bedding, it is very unusual for us to come and rent bedding but he explained it is very common here. So we stopped at supermarket and bought our own which is nice bright and cool. It is very good learning experience. Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful quiet place."

Good Stay

"We stayed for one night and also ate both dinner and breakfast here. We were happy with our stay. The people who manage the space were helpful and friendly. We appreciated their hard work. Everything was clean. The pub-type food, while nothing extraordinary, was enjoyable and - again - the service was good and prompt. This is not a "hotel" in the same way that a Scandic or Radisson is. It is a guest-house, with rooms, bathrooms and beds similar to those you might find at a summer-camp. But it is also a good bit less expensive than hotels like those, and its quality is better than its cost. There are stains/markings on doors and bathroom walls. But again, the spaces seemed to be very clean - just well-worn and marked with long use over time. Thank you very much."
