「We had a great time at this hotel, but at check‑in we discovered that Expedia had double‑booked our reservation. That left us stuck with two separate bookings. The clerk told us we would need to speak with the manager, Franco. After trying to reach Franco for three days, we finally managed to talk to him. 「Veldig flott hotell ikke langt fra jernbanestasjonen i Gura Humorului. Hotellet var moderne og ganske nytt. Det hadde en veldig fin liten spa avdeling, personalet var veldig hyggelig. Frokosten ver veldig god. Hotellet hadde fått full score, hvis det ikke hadde vært for at aircondition fungerte dårlig, og det var veldig varmt på natten. Kjøleskapet fungerte heller ikke. Får de ordnet opp i dette, blir det et hotell i toppklasse.」
